Dear friend,

I am thrilled to share that Stand With Parkland is partnering with CERA Software [[link removed]] and SaferWatch [[link removed]] to offer leading-edge safety technology to schools and public agencies, with grants available to cover the total cost of those programs through June 2026!

CERA’s virtual cloud platform enables a robust Public Safety response to critical incidents and, through its Duress Application, connects schools and high-risk locations directly with first responders during emergencies.

CERA is able to connect those inside an attack directly with first responders outside. This immediate, secure connection provides crucial information needed to stop tragedies and save lives.

As parents, spouses, and family members who have experienced the devastating murder of our loved ones in their school, we know the value of every second in an emergency.

SaferWatch is an 11-in-1 emergency response application. Its Anonymous Tip and Suspicious Activity Reporting feature allows students, teachers, and parents to be part of the school safety team and help save lives.

By notifying schools and law enforcement of individuals exhibiting trouble behavior, we can then have timely investigations and get help to those individuals before they turn to violence. Stand with Parkland loves the proactive nature of this tool. Additionally, SaferWatch fills all the needs for a school safety product as laid out in the 2023 Bystander Reporting Tool Kit from the US Secret Service and the US Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency.

I still remember the moment I learned that these tools could have helped save my bright and beautiful daughter, Gina. Schools simply didn’t have the resources back then to teach everyone how to spot warning signs of firearm violence or how to prevent future tragedies. And quite frankly, not enough schools are using these tools now.

This is why we are so incredibly grateful for this partnership and the chance to support proactive security, firearm safety, and mental health in schools, friend. But we cannot bring these life-saving tools to every school without your help.

If you’re inspired to make a difference today, please consider making a contribution to help us expand this program across communities nationwide. Any amount you can give will help us reach more schools and families and prevent more lives from being lost. [[link removed]]
