The 2025-26 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and MN Dream Act forms are open now! We encourage anyone who plans to attend college in the 2025-2026 academic year to apply now. The MN Office of Higher Education has resources available for students and families who need assistance with the application process for the FAFSA [ [link removed] ] or MN Dream Act [ [link removed] ]. Every student will file only ONE application.

Who is the FAFSA for:

* U.S. Citizens and eligible non-citizens [ [link removed] ]

Who is the MN Dream Act For:

* Eligible undocumented students [ [link removed] ] in MN

Information Sessions for Students and Families

Students and families can review our Fall Ready, Set, FAFSA! series [ [link removed] ]. These recorded sessions cover a variety of financial aid topics. Ready, Set, FAFSA! live sessions are also scheduled in January, so please sign up to join us in the new year!
