Once again, the Texas GOP is facing a lawsuit for trying to restrict vote by mail during a pandemic.

A group of Texas voters and organizations filed a federal lawsuit arguing that limits to absentee voting will place undue burdens on the right to vote, or risk disenfranchising Texans, during the pandemic.

Imposing fees, creating impossible deadlines, and new signature requirements that discriminate handicapped Texans during a public health emergency is another TX GOP attempt to disenfranchise people and rig the election in November.
