In this season of giving thanks, I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for you, friend.

Over the past two years, we have worked urgently to move Los Angeles forward. By rejecting the old ways of doing things, we brought homelessness down for the first time in years, brought in a record number of LAPD applicants, helped open businesses across Los Angeles, and more.

We’re turning away from the status quo — and Los Angeles is better for it.

As we prepare for next year and beyond, we must keep working together. friend, when I’m fighting for progress in Los Angeles, it means everything to know that this team has my back.

So today, I want to personally say thank you for all you do, and for all we will do in the future.
