OCA National interns, both past and present, along with friends and donors, celebrated decades of leadership and the connections forged through the OCA National Internship Program at its 35th anniversary party in Washington, D.C.
Dear advocate,
As the end of an eventful year approaches, we, the past National Presidents of OCA, express our gratitude and invite you to join us in making a year-end tax-deductible contribution to sustain and grow the OCA National Internship Program ([link removed]) .
Since the inception of the OCA Internship Program in 1989, we have proudly witnessed its transformative power. This program has consistently nurtured some of the most impressive young leaders within the Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) communities. Serving and being a part of OCA has been a profound honor for each of us, and it is a privilege to support a program that goes beyond any one individual, impacting lives and shaping futures.
The OCA National Internship Program not only provides invaluable experience and mentorship to our interns but also cultivates future leaders who are poised to make significant contributions to their communities and more. Seeing these talented individuals grow and excel has been a source of immense pride and joy.

Every contribution helps us place more interns in public sector positions, ensuring they can advocate for and advance the interests of our communities. This support goes a long way in sustaining a program that has shaped so many impactful careers. We, as Past National Presidents, will be contributing to the Past National Presidents’ Legacy Fund, which provides additional scholarships to select OCA interns. We believe it is important that these interns continue to receive support as they pursue their careers and leadership development.
