Dear John,

Submit your application for our 2025 CLDP cohort! At MPAC, we believe that creating lasting change begins with investing in our future leaders. CLDP offers young American Muslims an unparalleled opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the legislative process, paving the way for impactful careers in government—from Congress to local offices, and beyond. Many of our alumni have gone on to impactful careers in public service, championing the voices of American Muslims at every level.

CLDP serves as a critical stepping stone for young American Muslims aspiring to work on Capitol Hill, in federal agencies, and within influential organizations like think tanks and advocacy firms that focus on issues affecting our community. This immersive ten-week program provides fellows the full D.C. experience—from resume-building workshops to hands-on internships in Congressional offices or federal agencies.

Recognizing that these competitive and prestigious internships have often been a privilege that is only affordable by some, we are committed to making CLDP accessible to all by fully funding our fellows. This includes free housing and a stipend to cover additional expenses throughout the summer. Our mission is made possible by the generosity of supporters like you, who enable us to offer these transformative leadership opportunities to our youth every year.
