The thing about Movement Labs and our signature project, Contest Every Race, is that our work doesn't stop after Election Night.

We organize through wins and we organize through losses.

And this one was a tough loss across the board. But each time an election doesn't go our way, we put in the work to gain more and more votes until we finally get that win.

And to do that, organizing can't just happen in the three months before an election. It has to happen all year long.

Here's what that looks like for us:

• Giving $500 grants each quarter to our over 300 county Democratic parties that actively participate in the program
• Recruiting thousands of people to run for Mayor, City Council, State Rep, and more in the off-year elections
• Supporting rural and red district Democrats with time, money, and infrastructure
• Putting thousands of volunteers on the doors to develop face-to-face relationships with voters over the long haul

We will always be an on-the-ground-365-days-a-year organization!
