Friends and Comrades-
Thank you all for making last weekend a show of force of our organizing potential, from New Mexico's Senators voting against unconditional aid to Israel's war in Gaza, to the successful first run of the Burrito Brigade's mutual aid efforts, to a packed general meeting. As we spend time with friends and family this weekend, let us be thankful for the solidarity we have in one another during the difficult political era ahead.

Preserve shelter in midtown!
|
On Tuesday, Dec. 4 at 5 PM, the City's Quality of Life Committee will be deliberating on the fate of the midtown campus, which currently houses essential services for the city's needy at Consuelo's place. We must demand that these services are maintained, and that housing developed at the campus location prioritizes working people over the interests of large developers and landlords. Email the Quality of Life Committee staff liaison at [email protected] to have your thoughts heard!

DSA depends on support from ordinary members, rather than corporate funding or grants. As we ramp up our campaigns to take on the millionaire and billionaire class in New Mexico, any donations you can provide will go a long way.
