If you’re worried about what the next four years will look like under a second Trump administration, you’re not alone.

There’s nothing I can say to make the result of this year’s election less disappointing. Trust me. I’m disappointed too. But what I can tell you is this: In Minnesota, we will be ready to stand up to protect our progress and our way of life no matter what comes our way.

As long as I'm Governor, we will protect a woman's right to make her own healthcare decisions, stand with working people, welcome immigrants, and ensure that all Minnesotans are free to live as they are and love who they choose.

I won't lie to you, John. It's going to take a lot of work. In the coming years, our movement will be tested like never before. But we will make it through if we stick together – just like we always have.

That’s why I’m reaching out personally this morning. To prove that we’re ready to defend our values in the New Year, we must reach our $150,000 goal before our end-of-year public fundraising deadline on December 31. And I’m hoping we can put a serious dent in it before people log off for the holidays.
