Dear ,

In the past two weeks, we’ve seen growing fear in immigrant communities over what lies ahead. Headlines about military mobilizations, attacks on birthright citizenship, and anti-immigrant policymakers fuel uncertainty and stress. At IDP, we are deeply committed to providing the legal expertise, resources, and care that our communities urgently need.

Thanks to your steadfast support, IDP has created a robust suite of Know Your Rights (KYR) resources—designed for people facing threats of detention or deportation, their loved ones, and the advocates and lawyers fighting alongside them. Below is a roundup of resources you can use, share, and amplify to ensure that more people can access critical information. These resources can be used and distributed nationally.

** IDP’s KYR Resources: Tools for Immediate Action
------------------------------------------------------------

** Tools for Advocates and Organizers
------------------------------------------------------------

For those educating and organizing within communities, IDP offers resources to amplify rights-based knowledge and fight back against harmful ICE tactics:

🛠️ Training Modules
* Our most recent KYR Train-the-Trainer materials ([link removed]) support those teaching others about their rights during ICE encounters.

📚 Background About Defending Against ICE Raids
* A comprehensive toolkit ([link removed]) for advocates to understand ICE raid tactics and help communities build defenses.
* A summary of ICE raids trends ([link removed]) published during the first Trump administration.

** The Urgent Need for Your Support ([link removed])
------------------------------------------------------------

As ICE tactics evolve, so must our efforts. In December, IDP will host an updated KYR Train-the-Trainer session, equipping organizers and community leaders with the tools to protect immigrant rights. We’re committed to updating and expanding our resources to reflect new challenges—but we can’t do it without your help ([link removed]) . We need to raise $100,000 before December 31, 2024 to help ensure we have the resources to continue this work.

Your donation ensures that we can:
* Develop and distribute up-to-date resources in multiple languages.
* Train community leaders and advocates to empower others.
* Investigate, document, and expose ICE’s harmful tactics.
