Pride (Special LGBT Pride Month screening!)

The 2020 DC Labor FilmFest continues our weekly series with Waging Change, a film that reveals the problems tipped restaurant workers faced before the coronavirus hit, particularly in states that require that workers be paid only $2.13 an hour and rely on tips for the rest of their paycheck. The screening will be followed by a Q and A with filmmaker Abby Ginzberg, One Fair Wage president Saru Jayaraman, and Nikki Cole, One Fair Wage National Policy Director.
