YIMBYs won a lot of victories in the legislature and at the ballot box in California in 2024 -- and we deserve to celebrate them!

We passed bills such as SB 1123 to make it easier to build starter homes and SB 450 to put some teeth into SB 9, making it easier to build more homes in single family neighborhoods.

We also elected housing champions in the legislature and in city councils up and down the state, sweeping aside NIMBY opposition.
