I fought the first Trump administration for four years alongside my fellow Earthjustice attorneys.

We went to court against them so often that we practically took up residence in federal courthouses across America.

And we made a huge difference, winning 85% of the decisions in our cases against them.

Earthjustice has a track record of winning against even the fiercest of adversaries because of the generosity from supporters like you. Thank you.

Among the many victories we won against the Trump administration, we blocked them from expanding offshore oil drilling to the Arctic and Atlantic Oceans. We also forced them to restore Endangered Species Act protections for the grizzly bear, which stopped a planned trophy hunt of grizzlies only days before it was scheduled to begin.

We’ll pick up where we left off when Trump returns to office.

When he and his administration take actions that hurt the environment and violate the law, we’ll see them in court. We stand proudly on the side of the environment and the rule of law, and we like our chances of making a real difference this time around, too.

You are a true partner to us in making that difference. I am so grateful to you for endowing us with the strength to fight back against the threats from President-elect Trump and champion a cleaner, healthier planet for all.
