After former president Barack Obama criticized Trump’s pandemic response, pointing to a selfish and reckless attitude by the administration that has resulted in an “absolute chaotic disaster,” Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell responded to the previous head of state.

Mitch’s take?

“I think President Obama should have kept his mouth shut.”

McConnell also called Obama's remarks “classless,” and went on to blame the 44th president for not leaving Trump a “game plan” to deal with the pandemic before leaving office. But POLITICO reports that the Obama administration actually left a detailed, 69-page playbook of specific steps to take in a situation like this -- and the Trump White House has completely ignored it.

Maybe that’s one reason President Obama felt compelled to speak out. But now he’s under fire. We’d like to hear from you now.

Do you stand with President Obama?
YES  NO
