With so many freedoms on the line, President Biden has the authority, responsibility, and opportunity to certify the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) before his term ends.
The ERA has already met all constitutional requirements and only needs to be published. For this to happen, we need a mass grassroots movement campaign urging him to take action.
