Hi friend, I’m Kat Taylor — Tom’s wife and partner.

Years ago, our dear friend John Gardner counseled Tom and me to “do” things as opposed to trying to “be” someone. After 33 years of marriage, four children, new jobs, new businesses, and now a presidential campaign, the pursuit of this goal continues to guide us. Tom and I strive to be defined by our actions, not the labels people attach to us.

I know that Tom is not running for the title, President of the United States. He’s running because he sees that our democracy and planet are in trouble, and wants to do what’s necessary to address the crises at hand. Tom’s new ad describes how he will take on corporations and return power to the people as president — please watch and share with your friends. [link removed]

Tom and I have already accomplished a lot together. We created Beneficial State Bank as an alternative to the big financial institutions that have treated customers, communities, and the planet so badly. We established TomKat Ranch to research soil science and sustainable cattle ranching. And we’ve played a role in dozens of efforts across the country to lift up communities and clean up the environment.

We will continue doing the things that will make our country and planet a safer, more secure, and more sustainable place for all Americans. I encourage you to learn more about Tom’s efforts and ideas — will you watch his new ad? [link removed]
