Senate Democrats are working around the clock to confirm President Biden’s judges before Donald Trump takes office in less than two months. So far, the Senate has confirmed 219 of Biden’s judicial nominees – and if they confirm just 16 more judicial nominations, Biden will OFFICIALLY surpass the number of seats filled by Trump in his first term!
But if Senate Democrats don’t continue to act swiftly, Donald Trump – backed by a Republican-controlled House and Senate – could leave an even larger imprint on the federal judiciary, appointing dangerous extremists to make decisions on critical issues like reproductive rights and voting rights across the country.
