Please join me on Thursday, May 28 at noon PT as I sit down with Chris Arnade, Author of Dignity: Seeking Respect in Back Row America. Ten years ago, Chris left a successful Wall Street career to document American poverty and addiction. Through photography and countless interviews, Chris has road-tripped across the country, spent hours in drug dens, and become close friends with homeless addicts. Together, Chris and I will discuss the dynamics of the American class system, our impressions of the nation's “forgotten cities,” and the politics of anti-poverty policy.
