Dear john,

As your Member of Congress, I am fighting hard to deliver lower costs and improved access to quality, affordable health care. For seniors on Medicare, I want to make an important reminder that the Medicare Open Enrollment period ends in two weeks on December 7th.

Thanks to our work on the Inflation Reduction Act, Medicare now has the power to negotiate lower prescription drug prices. We have capped the cost of insulin for seniors at $35 a month. And starting next year, yearly costs for prescription drugs will be capped at $2,000. To learn more about your options for a Medicare plan, visit Medicare.gov and enroll in a plan by December 7th.

White text on blue background reads: "Medicare Open Enrollment: October 15 to December 7."

With Congress back in session, my office is hard at work on your behalf. Whether your issue is with Medicare enrollment, veterans benefits, Social Security, or any other federal agency, I have a dedicated team of caseworkers who are able to assist in bringing a resolution to your problem. Please feel free to reach out at (470) 773-6330 or visit mcbath.house.gov/help.

Thank you for taking the time to read this update. It is my honor to serve our community in Congress. If you ever have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to get in touch with my office.
