John, in January, we must pause all fundraising efforts.

Why? In Maryland, during the legislative session, fundraising is prohibited so state leaders can remain focused on passing legislation.

That means the second the legislature gavels in to start the session, all our fundraising will stop for three months.
It’s right around the corner — and we need to focus our fundraising efforts to ensure we have the resources before then.

This is Maryland’s decade. And our work to ensure we end the decade looking back at the progress we made means that we aren’t taking our foot off the gas. We’re moving fast to increase opportunity for all Marylanders.
We can’t wait to see these investments pay off for our state! But with 100% of the Governor’s focus on building the Maryland we know we deserve, and the upcoming freeze, we have to ramp up our fundraising efforts now. That’s where you come in.

It’s time to shift into full gear and raise enough to help us cover the time we aren’t able to fundraise. Will you chip in $5 or more now? [[link removed]]

Thank you for your continued support.
