Homan has warned sanctuary mayors and governors that they could be BREAKING THE LAW by shielding illegal aliens from ICE!
California's Gavin Newsom is DIRECTLY violating U.S. law by blocking ICE from deporting criminal illegal aliens in his
state.
This could make him vulnerable
to arrest under USC 1384, which makes it a felony to "harbor" or "shield from detection" illegal immigrants.
But it gets worse:
Newsom is also working overtime to "Trump-proof" the
entire state!
He's convened a special
session to draft legislation that directly SABOTAGES Trump's policies and BLOCKS his agenda.
This is a direct assault on the WILL OF THE PEOPLE, especially the 40%
of Californians who voted for Trump!
Newsom and other left-wing officials are undermining the very will of the American
people-and we CANNOT let it stand.
We're rallying Republicans and patriots to demand an IMMEDIATE halt to
Newsom's radical efforts to block Trump.

Democrats.
