There is only one week left to vote in my Small Business Awards.

It is vital that we all support local businesses as much as possible. Every pound spent locally helps to support jobs and grow our economy.

I would urge everyone to nominate their favourite small business so we can recognise their brilliant service and give them a little more support.

Nominations close on 29 November and the winners will be announced around Small Business Saturday which is taking place on 7th December.

Please join me in highlighting your best-loved small businesses across the Scottish Borders.
