*November 22, 2024 [ [link removed] ] – 20003-248-ET-24 (Record No. 17719) *- Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given of the Application of Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power Company d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHE or the Company), for authority to amend its Rules and Regulations to adjust its Power Cost Adjustment (PCA) application filing deadline from semi-annual filings in August and February of each calendar year to an annual filing May 1st of each calendar year.
