Swedzinski

Dear Neighbor,

The 2025 legislative session starts in January and I will be co-hosting a series of town hall meetings with Sen. Gary Dahms next week to receive your input on some of the biggest issues we face. Here’s more on that and a Thanksgiving message as well, with that holiday approaching:

*Town hall meetings*

District 15A residents are invited to attend the following town hall meetings Sen. Dahms and I are conducting Tuesday, Nov. 26:

* Tracy ~ 7:30 a.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 336 Morgan Street
* Marshall ~ 9:15 a.m. in Classroom C at the MERIT Center, 1001 Erie Road. Sponsored by the Marshall Area Chamber of Commerce.
* Canby ~ 11:00 a.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 110 Oscar Ave North
* Madison ~ 1:00 p.m. at the City Hall Auditorium, 404 – 6th Ave
* Dawson ~ 2:30 p.m. at the City Building, 675 Chestnut Street
* Granite Falls ~ 4:15 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 641 Prentice Street

These meetings are an opportunity for constituents to weigh in on a wide variety of topics and ask questions. We look forward to meeting with our constituents and hope you are able to join us!

*Happy Thanksgiving*

Thanksgiving

May this Thanksgiving holiday bring you and your family joy, warmth, and a renewed sense of appreciation for the abundant daily blessings in our lives.

While it is important to practice gratitude every day, it’s even more so on Thanksgiving as we reflect blessings that surround us as we reflect on the abundant love, friendship, and good fortune in our lives in this great state and nation. This holiday epitomizes the spirit of togetherness and gratitude as families and friends gather to share laughter, stories and, yes, a bountiful meal. Thanksgiving allows us to re-center ourselves focus on the positive aspects of our lives. We can take stock and appreciate the simple pleasures, cherish the support of those around us, and express gratitude for the opportunities that have come to us.

This true essence of Thanksgiving is especially important amid the challenges we all face in our daily lives. I hope you have a good holiday and, as always, I am very thankful for the continued support.

Please stay in touch.

Sincerely,

Chris
