The Sunk Cost of Discrimination

Yesterday we looked at the gross discrimination practiced by FEMA in its “responses” (more accurately, “lack thereof”) to hurricanes Helene and Milton.  We analyzed that said discrimination was born, in part, by DEI – an effort to end discrimination.  There is something very, very wrong when efforts to fight discrimination result in different discrimination.  But it is actually worse than in FEMA’s very discriminatory dispensing of post disaster benefits.
