* RELEASE TINA! Lawyers for former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters have filed a motion with the Colorado Court of Appeals asking that Tina be released while the Court considers her case. An incredibly biased District Court judge sentenced her to nine years in prison after she was convicted of four felony and three misdemeanor charges. And immediately put her behind bars calling her a danger to the community for daring to talk about election integrity. Peters’ attorneys tell the Court of Appeals the trial was completely one sided because the lower court excluded almost all defense evidence. They argue, “Nothing the appellant (Peters) did warrants her continued incarceration while this appeal proceeds.” Justice demands Peters be released during the appeal and then the Court should throw out the conviction. * CO GOP DEMANDS INVESTIGATION AND THEN OUSTER OF SoS GRISWOLD IN WAKE OF HER PASSWORD SCANDAL AND COVERUP. CO GOP Chair Dave Williams appeared on a national TV show as the Party urges citizens to demand their local DAs investigate Secretary of State Griswold and her office. Incredibly, Griswold’s staff admits they were going to cover up the fact that they had publicly posted top secret passwords to election systems because they feared negative publicity. And they only acknowledged the scandal in the first place because the CO GOP revealed it. Release Tina Peters and investigate and oust Jena Griswold.
