My administration and I are getting right back into the work to make Philadelphia the safest, cleanest, greenest big city in our country.

Just this year, we’ve seen a remarkable change in the fight against gun violence and crime. Our efforts so far have led to the biggest drop in gun violence of any major city in the country, with homicides and shootings down by more than 40%.

This steady decline is a testament to our commitment, but we still have much more work to do to keep our communities safe and strong.
