john —

Right now, our legislative bodies are in a lame duck session — a time when not much gets done as Congress waits for a new administration to take over.

But there’s one issue that we simply can’t afford to wait for: The Farm Bill.

Last year, Congress passed a temporary extension that is set to expire soon, and farmers across Washington state and the entire country are counting on us to act and renew this critical bill.

If Congress doesn’t pass a new Farm Bill, it could mean devastating consequences for the people who put food on our tables. As Chair of the Farm Bill Task Force, Kim is fighting tooth and nail to protect farmers, strengthen rural economies, and make sure no one gets left behind. But john, she can’t do it alone.

Add your name to our petition now and demand Congress pass the Farm Bill before it’s too late → [link removed]

Farmers don’t have time for delays, and neither do we.

Thank you,

Team Schrier
