1. The EPA needs to keep protecting clean air safeguards. If it acts quickly, Trump won’t be able to immediately block the rules.
2. President Biden can protect public lands, including designating new national monuments.
3. The U.S. Senate needs to confirm as many pro-environment, pro-democracy judges as possible, before Trump takes office.
