Don't miss out: Medicare Open Enrollment ends DECEMBER 7

November 21, 2024
Dear John xxxxxx,

With Medicare Open Enrollment now underway, I wanted to remind you of the importance of reviewing your Medicare plan options and enrolling in a plan that best meets your needs.

During this time, you should review your Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage. It's essential to take the time to review your plan to ensure that your medications are still covered in the coming year. This simple step can help prevent unexpected out-of-pocket expenses and ensure that you get the care you need at an affordable cost.

I also want to highlight how thanks to the Inflation Reduction Act, which I proudly voted for in 2022, Medicare beneficiaries who depend on insulin for their health no longer pay more than $35 per month. Additionally, Medicare is now able to negotiate lower prices for many prescription drugs and out-of-pocket costs for Medicare beneficiaries will be capped at $2000 per year starting in 2025

This historic law is a big step forward for seniors and making healthcare more affordable. I’m proud to have played a role in passing it.

Remember, the Open Enrollment period runs from October 15 to December 7. Now is the time to review your plan, explore new options, and make sure you’re covered. If you’d like to sign up for Medicare, please call them at 1-800-772-1213 or visit www.ssa.gov/medicare/sign-up to sign up for a plan online.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out to my office with any questions and we will do our best to help. Thank you and take care.

Sincerely,
