Dear Friend,
We know from experience that the movement to abolish immigration detention =
must adapt to the ever-changing immigration landscape. At Freedom for Immig=
rants (FFI), we=E2=80=99ve taken bold steps to meet these challenges by cra=
fting a new Theory of Change and Strategic Plan=E2=80=94tools that will gui=
de us as we face what lies ahead.
As our Executive Director, Laura Hern=C3=A1ndez, often reminds us, we must =

t true progress demands adaptability and a deep commitment to the evolving =
