We’ve just secured a multimillion-dollar court judgment against one of the country’s most notorious neo-Nazi leaders, a man who used his white supremacist website to orchestrate a campaign of terror against a Jewish woman in Montana. This judgment sends a powerful message to hatemongers like Andrew Anglin who use their platforms not only as weapons of intimidation but as tools to indoctrinate young people into their vile ideology.

SPLC investigation: Pay-to-play program in Alabama drains millions of dollars from participants diverted from prison <[link removed]>
Today we’ve published the first installment of an eight-month investigation that exposes serious flaws in a loosely regulated “community corrections” program in Alabama that, in many locales, seems to be focused more on raising money than on rehabilitation or public safety. Many participants are under the constant threat of jail or prison if they’re unable to pay fees, which vary wildly from county to county and can be assessed for acts as innocuous as needing to reschedule an appointment.

White nationalist suspended from State Department after he’s exposed by SPLC <[link removed]>
The U.S. State Department has suspended a foreign affairs officer after the SPLC exposed him as the leader of a Washington, D.C., chapter of a white nationalist organization. Matthew Q. Gebert, who is now under investigation by the State Department, produced racist and antisemitic propaganda on social media and podcasts, using the pseudonym “Coach Finstock.”
