✨ What BAHIP Does BAHIP aims to create a more inclusive and diverse talent pool of housing development project managers. Modeled after the highly successful Rural West Internship Program of the California Coalition for Rural Housing (CCRH), BAHIP helps the affordable housing and community development field ensure that we reflect the diverse needs, views, and talents of our Bay Area communities. By advancing leaders of color in our movement, we take concrete action toward racial equity and inclusion within our industry.

💼 BAHIP Works! We’re proud of BAHIP’s success over the years, graduating over 40 low-income interns of color who have entered the affordable housing industry and related fields.

Onward,
