The Arizona AFL-CIO is hosting a Citizenship Fair to provide free assistance with N-400 applications, legal guidance, and more. Let's make this opportunity count—RSVP today!

Hello John,

As we continue to assess the landscape of organized labor’s role in the upcoming political environment, we realize that waiting idly by is not an option. Many of our members and their communities are registered residents who qualify for their U.S. Citizenship! With over 200,000 eligible Arizonans, now is the time to act!

The Arizona AFL-CIO is prepared to host another Citizenship Fair, where applicants will receive free assistance in completing their N-400 applications and preparing their paperwork for submission to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

This time around, we are working directly with union locals and internationals to bring this resource to your membership and their communities. We ask stewards, organizers, and leadership to share and distribute the attached English and Spanish flyers by clicking here.

Our goals for this event include:

  • Ensuring each local is represented by at least one applicant

  • Confirming 30+ applicants before finalizing the time and location for the workshop

  • Providing free N-400 assistance, legal help from dedicated volunteer attorneys, and other community resources

  • Confirm that applicants leave the workshop fully prepared to mail their completed citizenship application

For questions, thoughts, or concerns, please contact Esau Gutierrez, the Arizona AFL-CIO’s Training Specialist, at [email protected] or by calling (480) 514-6632.

Thank you for helping us empower our members and communities and connect eligible individuals with this life-changing opportunity.

In Solidarity,
