Dear John,
Trans rights are under attack once again in Ohio. Senate Bill 104 is a dangerous, discriminatory piece of legislation that would force K-12 students and college students to use restrooms and accommodations based on their sex assigned at birth, regardless of their gender identity.
Take Action: Tell Governor DeWine to veto Senate Bill 104!
This bill would create an unsafe environment for transgender, nonbinary, and intersex students, as well as parents, educators, and staff across Ohio. It’s urgent that we take action to stop this bill from becoming law.
GLSEN is fighting on the frontlines, but we can’t do this alone. Every donation fuels our advocacy and protects LGBTQ+ students across the country. |
Together, we can stop bills like Senate Bill 104 and ensure every student is safe, respected, and included in their schools. |
In Solidarity, Melanie Willingham-Jaggers
