If politicians want to attack our right to health care, we'll see them in court.

The stakes couldn't be higher. The arguments that politicians are using to ban trans care for kids are the same arguments used to deny abortion rights. And to this same end, President-elect Trump himself consistently targeted trans youth with hateful rhetoric during his campaign.

If the Supreme Court lets the Tennessee ban at the center of this case stand, it would effectively give a green light for politicians across the country to ruthlessly strip away our right to make our own medical decisions – from comprehensive, anti-science bans on gender-affirming care for trans people, to abortion bans, restrictions on birth control options, and more.

Enough is enough. The government has no place in our medical decisions – and trans kids deserve the freedom to live and thrive as themselves, without fear of discrimination.
