For years, RFK Jr. has used his platform to spread dangerous conspiracy theories that undermine critical public health initiatives – everything from vaccines to fluoride in our drinking water.
His disregard for science and facts has put countless lives at risk.
But his dangerous rhetoric doesn’t stop there. He’s also staunchly opposed to the solutions that could help solve one of the most urgent public health crises facing America today: the epidemic of gun violence.
When gun violence is the leading cause of death among children and teens, we need commonsense gun safety laws – not baseless conspiracy theories and empty promises.
If RFK Jr. were confirmed to lead the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, his views would be disastrous – for public health and for our movement to put an end to gun violence.
