Presented again by the Friends of the Texas Historical Commission in partnership with Phoenix I Restoration and Construction, LLC, Real Places 2025 will take place April 23–25 both online and in person at the Renaissance Austin Hotel.
When registering for in-person attendance, you can choose between “premium” and “basic” registration. Premium is exactly what you’ve come to expect if you’ve attended Real Places before—access to all public conference sessions, events, and meals (not including pre-conference workshops). New this year is basic registration, which does not include breakfasts and lunches on Thursday and Friday—you’re on your own for those, but you save $150 off your registration price. The hotel offers an onsite restaurant and bar, and there are numerous restaurants within walking distance.
As always, virtual attendees will be able to attend all sessions (not workshops), and both virtual and in-person attendees will have access to recordings of all sessions for up to 60 days—you won’t have to worry about choosing between great concurrent sessions!
