First, draw a large oval for the body, a smaller rounded triangle for the head, and a long oval for the tail. Next, add a smaller circle inside the large oval and include an oval for the feet. These initial shapes will help guide you in sketching the overall structure of the beaver.
Next, use these shapes to create an outline of the beaver's body. Connect the head to the body with smooth lines to form the neck, and then shape the legs and feet. Outline the tail by drawing a flat shape at the back, making sure to capture its unique, broad appearance.
Once you have the basic outline, it's time to add details. Focus on the tail's texture, shaping it to show the pattern. For the face, sketch in the eyes, and nose, ensuring they reflect the beaver's friendly demeanor. Don't forget to add fur details along the body to give it a more lifelike appearance.
To finish your drawing, start by erasing the guideline shapes to clean up your artwork. Then, feel free to add color and any extra details you like, such as the beaver’s habitat or nearby objects. This will bring your beaver to life and enhance the overall visual appeal of your piece. Enjoy the drawing process!
