*Microenterprise Home Kitchen Operations Permits Now Available*

Are you a passionate home cook looking to turn your culinary skills into a source of income? If so, Los Angeles County has opened a door just for you! Microenterprise Home Kitchen Operation is now authorized in LA County!  

The recently-enacted Microenterprise Home Kitchen Operation ordinance allows private homes to legally operate as restaurants, with takeout, delivery, or even dine-in options, offering a unique opportunity to earn money while doing what you love. As a Microenterprise Home Kitchen Operation operator, you can sell up to 30 meals a day, totaling no more than 90 meals a week. With an annual sales cap of $100,000, this model is designed to empower culinary entrepreneurs while maintaining public health standards.
