Just in the past year, Maine, Minnesota and Nevada joined with states like California, New York, Illinois, Oregon and Colorado in pledging their Electoral Votes to the Popular Vote winner.
Now, we're pushing ahead. We are working to get resources to Pro-Popular Vote Democrats leading the NPVIC charge in states like Michigan, Pennsylvania, Arizona and Virginia, and finally push this legislation over the edge!!
