Team, throughout his first term, Donald Trump made reshaping the judiciary in his far-right vision a top priority, confirming 234 judges. That includes three Supreme Court justices who have decimated our fundamental rights – including overturning Roe v. Wade.

If the Senate doesn’t act swiftly, Donald Trump – backed by a Republican-controlled House and Senate – could leave an even larger imprint on the federal judiciary than he did during his first term, appointing dangerous extremists to make decisions on critical issues like reproductive rights and voting rights across the country.

So far the Senate has confirmed 216 of Biden’s judicial nominees – and if they confirm those remaining, he will OFFICIALLY surpass the number of appointments Donald Trump made in his first term!

We have to finish strong before Donald Trump’s second term begins.
