John,
Election Day was over two weeks ago, and our reality still feels raw. We have a Democratic minority in the House and the Senate. We are rapidly approaching another Trump presidency. We are undoubtedly facing a tumultuous era full of uncertainty.
But, John, we must celebrate our victories — and use them to our advantage. Especially here in North Carolina, where I am re-entering the House with 3 Democrats by my side — Don Davis of NC-01, Deborah Ross of NC-02, and Alma Adams of NC-12.
We are also ushering in Democratic governor Josh Stein, Lieutenant Governor Rachel Hunt, Attorney General Jeff Jackson, Secretary of State Elaine Marshall, and Superintendent of Public Instruction Mo Green.
Additionally, we are leaning towards another Democratic victory with Allison Riggs, who is slated to be our Supreme Court Associate Justice after a very tight race.
This election has proved more than ever how every single vote matters , John. It is a reminder about how showing up is the most important thing we can do. And I can assure you, I will continue to show up and show out every day in Congress.
I am committed to fighting for your future, defending our rights, and uplifting the common good. I have never backed down, and never will — especially now.
Now, the fight continues. But, I need your help to keep progress at the forefront in Congress. If you’re committed to this fight, will you make a donation of $ or any amount today? [[link removed]]
