CNN recently reported that 39% of Americans worry they can’t pay the bills. In the past year:

1. U.S. home prices have increased by 5.7%
2. Health-care costs have increased by 6.96%
3. Grocery prices have increased by 1.3%

But right now, many workers, like teachers and police officers, are missing out on full Social Security benefits because of outdated rules.

That’s why Democrats in Congress are racing to pass the Social Security Fairness Act, to ensure that every senior citizen gets the benefits they deserve.
