President Biden has said in the past that he wants to close the detention center at Guantánamo Bay. In his last days in office, of the 30 men detained, he can transfer the 16 men who are already cleared for transfer from the prison. Join us in calling on the Administration to take action before the end of this term to transfer these men to countries that will respect their human rights >> Write to President Biden today.

Continuing to hold people indefinitely without charge or trial compounds the abuses and torture that have taken place at the military detention center at Guantánamo. The detention center is a moral stain on this country that must be shuttered.
