You have until 4PM TODAY to file for PCO in your precinct. Don't delay!
What are a PCO’s duties?
- Make sure neighbors in your precinct are registered to vote
- Remind neighbors in your precinct to vote
- Vote on party priorities and leadership
- Decide which candidates to endorse
Precincts with PCOs have 5% higher turnout than those which don't, which can make a massive difference between progressive ballot initiatives passing or not!
Still have questions? King County Democrats have a bunch of resources for you, including how to find which precinct you live in, and a link to the official King County PCO manual. We're also available for you if you have questions! Reply to this email or chat us on Facebook through our page!
Today is also the last day to become a KCYD member to vote in our endorsements meeting.
There are only three requirements for becoming a member:
- You must identify as a Democrat
- You must live in King County
- You must be under the age of 36
We ask for a donation of $20 when you sign up, but if you're unable to pay this for any reason, please just contact us at either [email protected] or by responding to this email, and we can waive the fee.
We will be sending out links to the endorsement meeting tomorrow morning, so please watch for that email!
