Special Thank You to Apprentices: Through union apprenticeships, workers develop not only mastery of their trade, but a sense of solidarity with fellow workers across jobs and industries. This connection is crucial for the labor movement, as apprentices are the newest generation of union members and leaders. Apprentices gain an understanding of the importance of collective action and generate new possibilities in our work to unite and fight for the respect that workers deserve.
This Week: Building Pathways Annual Awards Celebration!

As we celebrate national apprenticeship week, we uplift our partners at Building Pathways for generating new possibilities for women, people of color, and others who are under-represented in the building trades. Building Pathways is hosting their Annual Awards Celebration on Thursday, November 21, 2024, from 6-10 PM at IBEW Local 103! 🎉

This special evening will honor our allies, partners, and graduates who are helping bring racial, economic, and gender equity into the union building trades.
