After two weeks of vote-counting, Democrats just won a multi-million dollar State Supreme Court race in North Carolina by 625 votes. Now, Republicans are trying to use the courts to beat back this victory.

They're are also trying to use a recount to overturn a Democratic victory in the North Carolina State House election that broke the Republicans' supermajority – ending their ability to overturn the Democratic Governor's vetoes.

If Democrat Bryan Cohn's 233 vote State House win stands, Dems will gain the power to block extreme right-wing legislative attacks on abortion rights, voting rights, LGBTQ+ protections, and more.
