During his time in office, Trump appointed over 200 federal judges to lifetime appointments, many of whom have extreme anti-abortion records. Remember Texas district court judge Matthew Kacsmaryk who tried to block the FDA's approval of mifepristone? He was appointed by Trump.

If the Senate confirms the pending judicial nominations, the Biden administration will appoint more judges than Trump did, but that's why the next few weeks are so crucial. Urge your senators to make judicial confirmations a priority while there's still time!
