Hi John,
My name is Jesús Flores. I’m the Career Pathways Manager here at Immigrants Rising and I am excited to announce that we are hosting our fifth annual Pre-Law Bootcamp this January!
The Pre-Law Bootcamp ([link removed]) is designed for undocumented individuals interested in pursuing law school who want extra support navigating the law school application process. Applications will be accepted until Monday, December 9, 2024.
Participants in this four-day program must:
* Be foreign-born.
* Not be a permanent resident (green card holder), U.S. citizen, or an international student with a student visa.
* Be considering applying to law schools in Fall 2025 for the 2026-2027 admission.
* Be already familiar with the overall law school application process.
Through the bootcamp, participants will learn the specifics of the law school admissions process through the lens of an undocumented applicant, build community with other undocumented pre-law folks, and network with undocumented law students and legal professionals, so that they’ll feel confident applying to law school. Participants will also become eligible to apply for Immigrants Rising’s Pre-Law Fund ([link removed]) , which can be used to prepare and pay for law school applications.
